The Partership of HiHonor are pleased to announce that Mr. Huanying LIU has been prompted to Partner of our Firm as of 14 Feb. 2022.

Huanying obtained his LL.B & LL.M in maritime law from distinguished Dalian Maritime University, started internship with HiHonor ever since 2012, joined the firm immediately after LL.M graduation in 2014.  Huanying is specialized in handling all aspects of dry shipping and admiralty matters, handled largo portfolio of shipping and commercial cases, his professional and detailed spirits gained good reputation from clients both home and abroad.
