During the practice, Huanying provided assistance to Hihonor lawyers for a number of typical shipping cases, such as the disputes regarding lien on cargo and cargo damage claim under B/L of MV SA, cargo shortage claim of MV SF, salvage or towage contract dispute of MV SA, claim for personal injury at sea of MV GD, CMAC arbitration for ship repairmen contract of MV SA, oil cargo shortage claim of MV NA, ship insurance contract dispute of MV TF, etc.

July 2014, joined HiHonor;

Since joined Hihonor, Huanying handled numerous foreign-related shipping cases both in wet and dry field, such as disputes regarding non-taking delivery of the goods at POD/ claims for container demurrage of MV J, claims for entry of fishery farms of MV GS, MV C, MV G. etc., claims for general average contribution of MV SA and MV R, disputes of MV JYH regarding transporting back the solid waste illegally imported and claim for demurrage of 74 containers arising therefrom, claim arising from the death onboard of the crew of fishing vessel MV TX etc., disputes of MV U regarding the delivery of cargo without collecting original Bs/L and the recourse claim under LOU against the receiver, cargo damage claims of MV SJ etc., ship supply contract disputes of MV SB etc., matters regarding collision of ships of MV SG etc. Huanying also rendered several legal advices for ship building, sale and purchase and repair matters; By entrustment of owners, Huanying has the experience in making investigation and collecting evidence onboard for collision, personal injury or other kinds of cases, and to assist the crew of foreign vessels for the MSA investigation etc.

Besides shipping area, Lawyer LIU also handled a lot of labor/ employment disputes and legal affairs regarding company operation; and also involved several special legal service projects regarding equity listing for exchange.
