Graduated from Dalian Maritime University, majoring in navigation.

Since 2008, Capt. Wong has been retained by HiHonor as Marine Consultant. His exceptional expertise focuses on the handling of marine casualties and technical issues.

Capt. Wong has more than a decade of sea-going experience covering a broad variety of vessels, including bulk carriers, general cargo vessels, timber ships, container ships and passenger ships. In addition, he has held positions as Port Captain and Operations Manager during his employment with Singapore and German shipowners. Capt. Wong gained experience both in navigation and in ship management ashore.

Capt. Wong has practical experience with container operations and detailed knowledge about stowage and planning. He also has an excellent understanding of all relevant marine regulations and international conventions.

Since 2003, Capt. Wong has mainly being engaged as Marine Surveyor and Insurance Adjuster. He is very experienced in the provision of marine consultancy services and holds an Insurance Adjuster Certificate.

Capt. Wong has a good command of English, and is highly-regarded by prominent shipping clients in the market.
