1986-1990:   LL.B. East China University of Politics and Law (Shanghai), Commercial Law;

1997-1998:   LL.M. University of Southampton (England),  Maritime law & International Trade law.

2014 Nov. to Dec.-An honor being selected by All China Lawyers Association (ACLA) to attend Elite PRC Lawyers’ Overseas Training Course in Madrid of Spain and Brussels of Belgium on cross-border transaction / outbound investment and European law etc., fully sponsored by PRC Ministry of Justice and the state revenue.

2016 end Oct. to early Dec.-An honor being selected by All China Lawyer’s Association to attend 20 Elite PRC Lawyers’ Training Course, in Temple Univ. Philadelphia of USA, on US constitutional law, contract law, corporate governance, Cyber-security, M&A, US competition law (anti-trust), US bankruptcy law, corporate finance etc., visited leading American law firms, Arbitration and ADR/JAMS; visited Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Chancery Court of Delaware etc. and observed a number of hearings.


Experiences:

China:

1990-1997 Joined Qingdao Maritime Law Firm immediately after her LL.B graduation, licensed lawyer since 1992, was posted as Head of shipping department before she went to England pursuing LL.M study in maritime law.

April-May 2003, as founding partner, established HiHonor law firm, HiHonor was restructured in Feb. 2006; HiHonor became Registered Trademark in 2006.


Abroad:

UK: 1998-1999, Practiced in London with leading international P&I Clubs, including the UK, the Britannia and the Steamship Mutual P&I Clubs; internship with international firm Ince & Co. and city firm More Fisher Brown in London.

South Africa: Oct.1998 to Jan.1999, three months working experience with Findly & Tait (now Bowman Gilfillan) in Cape Town, for familiarization of the unique arrest of Associated Ships in S. Africa.

UK: 2000 to 2001, worked one year at FD&D department of SIMSL, the London managers of The Steamship Mutual P&I Club.
