Graduated from Wuhan Water Transportation Engineering University in 1980, majoring in ship design, building and repair.

Since 2005, Mr. Sun has been retained by HiHonor as Consultant, assisting with technical matters concerning ship construction, ship building and repair disputes.

Surveyor for China Classification Society (CCS) Qingdao Branch. Assigned to the branch in Osaka, Japan in charge of the class survey for new buildings and repairs, as

well as for marine products inspection and testing;

General Manager of Shanghai Double-Hope Maritime Development Co., Ltd;
