Lawyer Wendy ZHANG was selected as one of Top 20 Lawyers referred to as “Legal Talent in coping with the disputes of International Trade Friction of Shandong Province” in 2014 by the Department of Justice & the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province and received legal training from September to December 2014 in Australia.

Ms. ZHANG attended professional training at Melbourne University for 6 weeks, studying the legal system of Australia, Investment Law, Migration Law, International Trade Law, the Free Trade Agreement between China and Australia, Intellectual Property Law, Dispute Resolution mechanisms and more.  Wendy also practiced with Australian firm Hallett Legal Law office for 6 weeks.  During this period, the 20 PRC lawyers also visited leading law firms such as Minter Ellison, Holman Fenwick Willan, Bennet & Phip as well as a number of prominent Tax and Accounting Firms such as KPMG and Shine Wing Hall Chadwick.

Through this program, HiHonor has established close cooperation with leading Australian law firms. It further expanded our vision and enhanced the standard of our services in the fields of foreign investment, immigration and foreign-related legal affairs concerning Australia.
