Partner Wenjuan LI was recognized as one of the Top 20 Lawyers with “Legal Talent in coping with the disputes of International Trade Friction of Shandong Province” in 2015 by the Department of Justice & the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province and received legal training at Sir Zelman Cowen Centre, Victoria University, Australia from September to December 2015.

The legal training in Australia involved the study of the Australian legal system, Investment Law, Migration Law, International Trade Law, the Free Trade Agreement between China and Australia, Trust and Mortgage Law, Intellectual Property Law, Dispute Resolution mechanisms and more.  She also engaged in short term practices with Australian law firms.

The three-months training in Australia enabled Ms. LI to have a deeper understanding of the local laws and investment environment among other areas. This further improved the foreign-related services of HiHonor in the fields of foreign investment and commercial dispute resolution.
