On December 10, 2021, Lawyer Huanying Liu of HiHonor Law Firm was invited to give a lecture on PRC Civil Code to the Bureau of Statistics of Chengyang District.

This lecture mainly focuses on the provisions of contract of the Civil Code, covering what is the contract, privity of contract, interpretation of contract, the form and content of contract, standard terms, contracting fault liability, validity of contract, order of performance, the preservation of contract, change of circumstances, the termination of the contractual rights and obligations, and liability for breach of contract, etc.

HiHonor lawyer Liu answered questions of the audience before receiving feedback from the officers of the Statistic Bureau, saying thatthis lecture helped them well understand the provisions related to contracts, which is good reminder  on risk of contract, so as to take precautionary measures/ against legal risk,  for better protection of their rights and interests in future work and life.
