On July 8, 2021, Lawyer Li Wenjuan, a partner of our firm, together with Messrs. TT Club, were invited to participate in the “Port and Terminal Corporate Responsibility and Risk Control Training” of Shandong Port Group Corporation.

Lawyer LI shared with around 200 participants of the Shandong Port Group Corporation on the following three legal issues:

1. Whether port shall be entitled to the carrier’s limitation of liability.

2. If the typhoon causes cargo damages, whether the port shall be entitled to force majeure defense to exempt from liability.

3. The port's liability on personal injury claims.

The lectures deeply attracted the participants.  They recorded the contents of the lectures by taking photos and notes. They expressed that the teaching experts were very professional, and the large amount of information had provided them with a lot of guidance and practical experience for their terminal operations.
