CTX Special Risks was established as a Hong Kong owned and registered marine brokerage in August 2008, concentrating almost exclusively on dealing with the insurance matters of owners and operators of ships from within the Asian region. Since establishment, by the high standard service, CTX has gained support and good reputation from the shipowners and insurers.

On 23^rd Nov. 2018, CTX held a cocktail party in Taipei to celebrate 10^th Anniversary. Around 250 attendants from worldwide shipping companies, insurance companies, P&I Clubs, law firms, Average Adjusters etc. attended the party.

HiHonor Law Firm Managing Partner Ms. Xinwei ZHAO and Lawyer Mr. Huanying LIU were also invited by CTX and attended the party.  During the party, Hihonor lawyers had a good time for meeting old friends, making new friends, communicating with practitioners of shipping andmarine insurance circle. By this chance, Ms. Zhao and Mr. Liu also visited several shipping lawyers and average adjusters in Taiwan.
